Operational Security

• Our facility is a LOCALLY owned stand-alone building-not multi-tenant
• Located in a low crime area and a no flood zone
• 14-hour electronic security with contacts on doors and windows with no exterior hardware
• Motion detectors are located throughout our facility
• All visitors are accompanied by an escort while on the premises
• We have regular insect/rodent and fire inspections
• Monthly disaster plan review

Highest Level of Professionalism

• Strict employment screening, reference checks, along with drug and criminal back ground checks
• Random drug testing
• Each employee is bonded and must sign a confidentiality agreement
• Continued education for employees to maintain the highest level of service
• Trained after hours personnel to handle client emergencies

Data Security

• Separate 24 hour security system for Vault. The Vault is located inside our Records Center and is surrounds by additional 10 inches of concrete.
• State-of-the-art fire suppression system with dry-valve sprinkler system
